Join Jessie Borino and Megan Gaillour for our Monthly Reiki-Infused Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath — a deeply nourishing 90-minute experience designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit. Megan will gently guide you through a slow and supportive Restorative Yoga sequence using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and other props to create a cocoon of comfort. Once you're settled, the session transitions into a soothing sound bath featuring crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, hand pan, tongue drum, chimes, rain sticks, ocean drum, gong, and rattlers/shakers to help you enter a deeper state of relaxation and healing. Throughout the practice, Jessie will offer Reiki energy healing to support your body’s natural ability to release tension, improve mood, boost immunity, and promote restful sleep. A perfect reset for your entire being — treat yourself to this monthly moment of bliss. $55 | Pre-registration required | Space is limited to 15 participants. This offering is held monthly and fills quickly. We provide two blankets for each participant, but feel free to bring a favorite blanket or pillow from home for added comfort. Cozy socks are also encouraged!
